Klatos by Vixoris
A habit tracker for the long game

Track the day.
Change the year.

You become what you repeat. Klatos measures what's taking root — a living strength score for every habit, built on an honest record of real days. Here's the thinking.

Opening soon. Free to start when it does — no credit card required.

Most habit apps are built for the version of you that never slips. Klatos is built for the one that does — because that's the only version that actually exists.

Track a habit long enough and it stops being something you do. It becomes something you are. That transformation doesn't come from a heroic week; it comes from small, honest marks repeated across a year. Klatos exists to protect those marks — and to keep them true.

Nous sommes ce que nous répétons chaque jour. We are what we repeatedly do.
Aristotle · as cited by Christophe André, Imparfaits, libres et heureux

If who you are is what you repeat, then a habit record has one job: tell the truth about what you actually repeated. The moment that record can be edited, gamed, or bought back, it stops meaning anything — and so does the self-knowledge it was supposed to give you.

That's why the most important design decisions in Klatos are the ones that keep the record true.

How the record stays true

An honest record, by design.

The day is real

You log today while it's today.

When your local midnight passes, the day becomes part of the record. Your year is a photograph, not a painting: what you see is what happened — and that's exactly what makes it worth reading.

Rest is chosen

Plan it in advance.

Rest is planned ahead of time, never claimed after the fact. A day you set aside stays rest; a day you skipped stays a skip. The record won't let you swap one for the other.

Strength measures depth

Slips are the normal case.

Habit Strength measures how deeply a habit has taken root — a living read that grows as you show up, bends on a missed day, and recovers as you return. A record this honest can afford to be this kind.

Strength, not streaks

Miss a day? You don't start over.

A streak resets to zero the moment you slip — so the first bad week quietly ends the whole thing. Habit Strength bends when you miss and recovers when you return. It's a measure that survives real life instead of punishing you for living it.

One missed day dips, then recovers as you return.

The shape of a practice

Your life has areas. Your record does too.

One number for everything tells you very little. In Klatos you group habits into spaces — Health, Mind, Work, whatever your life actually has — and each keeps its own score, its own heatmap, its own history. Each area rises and falls on its own terms, instead of one average that hides them all. The same habit can sit in more than one space, and count for more where it matters more.

A Klatos space in Insights: Space · Sleep, 70% completion rate so far in 2026, improving — 91 perfect days across 3 habits, evenly practiced from Wake up 6:00 AM (79%) to No coffee after 4:00 PM (66%), peaking in May and quietest in March.
Space · Sleep — three habits, its own score, its own arc across the year.
A Klatos space in Insights: Space · Mindfulness, 77% completion rate so far in 2026, holding steady — 98 perfect days across 4 habits, evenly practiced from Meditate (82%) to Physical Exercise (71%), peaking in June and quietest in August.
Space · Mindfulness — four habits, scored and read entirely on its own terms.

A space is scored as the share of the day you actually kept. Miss one habit out of five and the day reads for what it was — the four you kept and the one you didn't. And a habit you finish on a day it wasn't even due can only lift the score, never lower it.

The thinking, in long form

Three essays on the long game.

If you only read one, read the first — it's the whole product in one argument.

Vixoris

Structures that compound.

Klatos is the first product from Vixoris. We engineer software for work that compounds — lattices of small, consistent wins that hold weight over time. A habit tracker that turns small daily steps into a changed year is exactly the kind of structure we exist to build.

Sign-in is handled by Vixoris' shared identity, so your account is yours across everything we make. And the promises on this page are easy for us to keep, because they follow from the principle the company is built on: only what's true compounds.

Support

We'd love to hear from you.

Klatos exists to help you build and track daily habits that compound into a changed year. Some of its choices are opinionated — you can't edit yesterday, you can't buy back a missed day. Each one comes from what the research says about consistency, compounding, and how far willpower alone can carry you. We're still learning. Tell us where we got it wrong.

Direct support

No support tier, no ticket queue — write to us and the person who built Klatos answers. Real questions get real answers, including “not yet” when that's the true one.

Help & philosophy

Why measure the practice, not the outcome? Why can't I buy back a missed day? The help pages explain both the rule and the reason.
